Stephen’s Tomato Sauce for Pasta

Stephen sent this way of doing it.  You can see how easy this one is just using “the Force”

“My favorite style is to get a few big fresh tomatoes (or a bunch of cherry or Roma toms ) and blend them into plenty of caramelized onions and Garlic ( add garlic after onions are almost done.. they can burn pretty fast) in olive oil with fresh basil, a touch of red wine  and "roast" in a heavy skillet for a spell ( 5minutes + - ) ...,  et voila !! also a pinch of salt and lemon juice...”
