Claire Yabraian's Oatmeal Peanut Butter Power Bars

 

Ingredients:

1 c. peanut butter

½ c. packed brown sugar

½  c. honey

1/3 c. butter

2 tsp. vanilla extract

3 1/3 c. rolled oats

½ c. flaked coconut

½ c. sunflower seeds

½ c. raisins

½ c. semisweet chocolate chips

 

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, the butter, the brown sugar, the honey and the vanilla until smooth.

Add all the other ingredients.

Stir well.

Press the mixture into a 9 x 13” greased pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool on a wire rack before cutting the bars.
